Permanent removal request for your Gomoku Arena account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once processed, your profile data is removed from our systems.

What gets deleted

Your profile and username
Account-linked profile statistics
ELO rating and leaderboard position
Purchased cosmetic items tied to the account
Clan membership and friends list

How to delete your account

In-app: Open Gomoku Arena, go to Profile, then Settings, then Delete Account.

By email: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. Cancel your subscription through Google Play or Apple before requesting account deletion to avoid future charges.

Retention notes

Personal account data is removed from Gomoku Arena systems after deletion. Anonymized match records may remain for leaderboard integrity, fraud prevention, and aggregate game history. Subscription and purchase records may remain with RevenueCat, Google Play, or Apple where required for platform operations, fraud prevention, tax, or legal compliance.
